We built two custom systems into their eCommerce site:

1. Tier-Based Membership Discounts

Their team can now:

  • Ask wholesalers to create an account
  • Assign tiers like Bronze, Silver, Gold
  • Set custom discounts per tier, visible only to that buyer
  • It’s private. Flexible. Built for scale.

Now they treat their top wholesalers like VIPs, and those buyers act like it.

2. Wholesale-Only Cash on Delivery

Retail buyers still pay online.

But wholesalers? They get the trust they deserve.

If they’re a verified member with a tier, they unlock Cash on Delivery automatically.

This meant:

  • No need to prepay blindly
  • More confidence to place bigger orders
  • A better relationship between both sides

Results

40% increase in wholesale orders.

Better margins through volume buys.

Stronger trust = returning customers.
