Project Challenges & Solution

Like many high-end custom healthcare websites, this project involved several technical and design challenges — including accurately translating complex Figma layouts into WordPress, managing multiple uniquely structured treatment pages while maintaining brand consistency, integrating external patient systems and booking tools seamlessly into the frontend, and optimizing performance across a media-heavy website — all of which were carefully solved through custom WordPress development, modular components, clean integrations, and advanced performance optimization techniques.

Design Fidelity Under WordPress Constraints: Replicating complex Figma layouts — including overlapping sections, custom typography treatments, and layered image compositions — within WordPress's native block structure presented technical challenges
Solution: Developed custom WordPress blocks and used advanced CSS to faithfully replicate every Figma layout detail without relying on bloated plugins that would compromise performance.
Multiple Service Pages with Unique Layouts: Each treatment page (GLP-1, NAD+, Sermorelin, Testosterone, HRT) required its own unique section structure while maintaining overall brand consistency.
Solution: Built a modular component system within WordPress, allowing each page to use shared base components while allowing layout flexibility per treatment category.
Third-Party System Integration: The EHR patient portal, intake forms, and external booking links needed to integrate cleanly into the WordPress front-end without disrupting the design.
Solution: Implemented clean API-connected components and iFrame integrations that match the site's visual design, maintaining a seamless experience for patients transitioning to external systems.
Performance with Rich Media: The site is image and media-heavy, with multiple full-width sections, product photography, and video embeds across numerous pages.
Solution: Applied lazy loading, next-gen image formats, and optimized video embedding to maintain fast load times across all pages.

Project Results

The project successfully converted Figma designs into a functional WordPress site while maintaining high visual quality. By streamlining layouts, we improved patient onboarding and provided a scalable platform for future growth. The final result elevates the Club24 and Apex MD brand identity, strengthening credibility and patient trust across all 50 states.

Project Summery

The objective of this project was to convert Club24’s (Apex MD) Figma designs into a high-performance, pixel-perfect WordPress website. By maintaining strict UI/UI integrity, the development ensured a seamless, responsive experience across all devices. The scope included structuring complex medical product hierarchies—such as GLP-1 and Hormone therapies—and integrating essential third-party systems like EHR patient portals and intake forms. Ultimately, the project delivered a scalable, medical-grade platform optimized for speed and performance, reinforcing the brand’s premium digital presence.

The project successfully transformed the Figma designs into a fully functional WordPress platform that maintains high-fidelity visuals while ensuring a seamless user experience. By streamlining the site architecture and integrating patient portals, we improved the onboarding process and made the system more conversion-focused. The resulting website provides a scalable, easy-to-manage solution that reflects the premium, science-backed brand identity of Club24 and Apex MD, ultimately strengthening patient trust and online credibility across all 50 states.
